The modular screen cleaning machines are available in several versions, which can be provided with a feeding device with or without clipper-de-awner and a presuction unit as required. Considering the capacity, the machines is space-saving. In the light of a comparatively high capacity per m2 screen, a good cleaning quality, and an absolutely competitive price the return on investment is very interesting. Clipper-de-awner KIBAN
The top cover of the KIBAN is provided with clipper-de-awner cloth on the underside. Futhermore the trough is provided with exchangeable wear plates of steel. The throughgoing long flap (3) at the bottom can be removed completely to facilitate cleaning the clipper-de-awner. Indented cylinder HOTYP
Separation by length is normally effected after screen and air cleaning. The short grain indented cylinder is provided with stirrer for efficient separation, and the long grain indented cylinder is provided with optimizer for optimum exploitation of the cover area. If both short and long grain separation is required, e.g. 2 indented cylinders can be located over each other so that the material is first short grain separated in the upper indented cylinder and then long grain separated in the lower indented cylinder (see illustration). The flexible modular design also permits special customer adapted arrangements with distribution indented cylinders for e.g. grass seed or with several parallel indented cylinders for malting barley or the like. The SORLA makes a sharp separation of the material into 2 fractions - usually a light one and a heavy one. The SORLA table separator considerably improves the quality of the final product as it removes unwanted material such as grains without germination capacity, foreign grains, stones, unshelled material, ergots, hard grains from malt, etc. |

The UniSeed/DuoSeed is a new generation of cleaning machines, aiming at large farms and small industries, requiring a flexible production with a good cleaning result in terms of quality.
The KIBAN is a steel construction and provided with a rotating shaft with steel pegs. This shaft is suspended in sturdy ball bearings.
The HOTYP is designed for precise separation of cereals and seed by length. Through this process short and long grains are removed.
The SORLA separates grain, rice, etc. by specific gravity, which have already been separated by thickness and length. Unlike other systems the SORLA is further capable of separating materials with the same gravity, but with different bouncing effect.
