Kongskilde Grain Crop High Pressure Blowers

It is widely known that the yield’s qualitative and quantitative indicators depend directly on production equipment used for loading, unloading or transhipment of grain. The earlier the grain enters the dryer, and then – conditioned storage silo, the less its quality indicators are influenced by ambient conditions and the more expensive it is priced. The transportation system has to ensure fast but at the same time careful grain transshipment. Kongskilde grain crops suction blowers are the most reduced impact systems.
Experience shows that application of the pneumatic method of transshipment reduces considerably the percentage of crushed grain in comparison with mechanized transshipment mode (bucket conveyors, scraper conveyors, auger conveyors). The pneumatic transportation mode performs preliminary grain drying in the air current which is used for transportation. The light impurities are partially removed as a result of separation of exhaust air from grain by means of outlet cyclone at the outlet of transportation pipeline. The pneumatic method of grain transshipment is mobile and universal due to interaction of models operating both from the tractor PTO, and electrically driven mechanisms with the quick connect pipe system, from which the pipe lines are formed. All the pipe line elements are produced in accordance with the common standard: ∅ 160 mm. The model range of Kongskilde mobile suction blowers is represented by five electrically driven models (SUC type). The two portable models (T type) and three tow-type models (TR type) are aggregated with the tractor PTO.

A new Supra Vac 2000 model which is aggregated with tractor PTO can process up to 120 t/h at the 10 m distance and 4 m height.
