PowerFlow header is Massey Ferguson’s unique product.

Experience shows that 15% productivity increase is gained when applying the direct harvesting method. When harvesting rape, flax, legumes and rye, the output of this header outperforms all other headers by 50% and more.

This header may be used for direct harvesting of rape and soybean without the attachments, such as rape table. High performance indicators at harvesting in difficult conditions are achieved due to the forced feed of crop to the auger, which minimizes grain losses due to dropping and ensures even feeding in any operating conditions.

How is it achieved?

The header is equipped with a heavy-duty frame enabling the belt to operate without tilting. The belt transports the cut mass from the knife to auger, increasing the speed of the flow and distributing the flow equally. The speed of the belt may be adjusted for different crops. Crop losses are minimized due to the large 1.14 m distance between the sickle and auger. PowerFlow belts prevent the header from wearing by throwing out the stones. Besides, with the sickle moved forward, the operator has an improved view from cabin and is better prepared to prevent the foreign objects from getting into the header.
