Wil-Rich DDR957 double disk ripper

Purpose

Combined disk deep ripper Wil-Rich DDR957 is designed for destruction of plough sole with simultaneous surface soil treatment, chopping and embedding of plant residue. Designed for work under any soil conditions.

Principal advantages

  • Treatment depth: up to 43 cm;
  • 71 cm diameter disks perfectly chop plant residue and soil;
  • For operation under any conditions, batteries may be equipped with both plane and daisy type disks;
  • With the use of hydraulic control mechanism, disk batteries may be lifted independently from ripping blades;
  • Front and rear disk batteries are installed with clearance for better chopping and mixing of plant residue;
  • Disk batteries are positioned rhombically in front of the ripping blades, the front batteries chop and embed plant residue into soil, and the rear disks level it;
  • Batteries are protected with bearing system Wil-Flex, which protects them against stones;
  • Disk batteries may be lifted above soil, only ripping blades will then work;
  • The machine is equipped with parabolic stands with preventive springs for an activation load of 1,500 kg;
  • 3-section heavy spring pin harrow is included, it levels soil after the deep ripping blades.
