Backhoe Loaders

NEW HOLLAND backhoe loaders are modern high-output multi-purpose machines intended for digging‚ loading, and processing of diverse material, i.e. various types of soils and mine rock‚ coal, sand, crushed rock, wood‚ stones as well as agricultural products and others.

Furthermore, backhoe loader may perform landfill operations‚ piling, dozer works, leveling of sites and trenching, transporting loads in a bucket or gripping device. NEW HOLLAND backhoe loader may lift high-weight loads. Besides, it does not require large space for manoeuvring. These are the features that defined their area of application.

Standard buckets (with straight blade edge without teeth) are used during transshipment of sand, gravel and clay soils. These buckets may also be equipped with dismountable two-sided blade edge (solid or made of segments)‚ made of reinforced high hardness wear-resistant steel. Jaw-type buckets considerably increase the loading height and permit the loaders to perform additional functions (pushing and soil leveling‚ backfilling‚ blading‚ gripping of loose load and load by unit).

The distinctive feature of the new NEW HOLLAND backhoe loaders is a boom of reinforced box-like and panel construction and narrow bucket; due to the boom length, the narrow bucket allows operating at maximum depth using the entire length of equipment.

Intellectual hydraulics permits to perform gear shifting quickly and softly both forward and backward at LB90.B and LB110.B. To increase output, all the hydraulic pump power flow may be directed for bucket control. To improve safety on the road during movement, the priority is given to wheel control system.

Automatic return of loading bucket permits the operator to concentrate more on the machine’s return into original position after unloading and, as a result, get less tired.

Due to equal-sized wheels, automatic change speed gear box, and more robust frame, LB115.B has an exceptional flotation off the road; the increased traction ensures quick bucket filling of the increased capacity loader (1.2 m3). Backhoe loaders may be equipped with hydraulically enlarged handle for maximum depth excavation. Such a machine has an increased radius of action. Hydraulic cylinder structure, installed linearly outside, permits to use oil pressure in the hydraulic system to the most optimum degree.

Improved digging feature is ensured by the new geometry of attachment and load sensitive hydraulic system, providing a large load carrying capacity during lifting at high altitude and handling cycle acceleration.

Using front attachments or a backhoe boom, as well as during road travel, backhoe loader has outstanding visibility. It offers nice comfortable interior, easy and safe access to the operator’s working place through wide side door and stairs with non-slip coating. The door may be fixed completely open or in intermediate position, ensuring perfect air circulation. Air conditioning system will meet the most demanding operator’s requirements. Internal lining is made of easily cleaned and mechanical damage resistant material.
