On August 15, 2008, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and the Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine presented awards to the best participants of the XX International Agricultural Exhibition “Agro 2008.” The gold medal was given to AMACO.  The awarding ceremony took place in the Kherson oblast during a regular Field Day, organized by AMACO.

While speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine Oleksandr Shevchenko pointed that AMACO stood out as a modern successful company that had made a significant contribution to agribusiness development in Ukraine.  This is about the application of state-of-the-art equipment as well as innovative technologies and comprehensive solutions for agribusiness which AMACO purposefully implants in the territory of Ukraine. 

“Not only do we implant the best agricultural technologies in Ukraine, but we also develop business solutions for Ukrainian farmers. This concerns agribusiness, in which a producer should not only harvest a fair crop but also gain a profit from it by carefully thinking through every step starting from the sowing campaign to crops processing and selling. It is the way the agricultural business develops now in most countries worldwide, which is why we implant it in Ukraine. The recognition by the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and the Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine is of significance to AMACO, because no industry can develop effectively without lawmakers and scholars reaching understanding with practical people,” Vitaliy Skotsyk, director general of AMACO, pointed out.
