Dumper semitrailer with aluminium box

Performance data:

• Suspension, axles, pneumatic system:
• 3 BPW Eco Plus axles with the carrying capacity of 9000 kg per each axle;
• heavy-duty pneumatic suspension;
• AGS automatic brake levers;
• lifted front axle;
• pneumatic system.
• Wheels:
• tires 385/65 R 22.5 – 6+1 units;
• steel wheel disks, 10 holes.
• Support columns:
• mechanical support maintenance-free columns with two speeds of removal – 2 units.

• Frame Work:
• Made of S355J heavy-duty construction steel.
• Steel elements of the semi-trailer structure undergo cleaning before welding with shot welding machine. After welding and prior assembling the semi-trailer is cleaned and de-oiled; varnishing is performed in a drying plant using top quality PPG polyurethane varnishes.

Platform:

• the surface is made of robust abrasive 7 mm thick aluminum sheets;
• side frames are made of aluminum sections - 40 mm;
• 2 folding binding beams of the side frame;
• automatic rear doors;
• the tent color of customer’s choice. The tent is rolled from one side using an aluminum
•  the platform is varnished; the color is picked by a customer from RAL palette
• hydraulic servomotor: HYVA

Wiring: 

• 24 V in accordance with road regulations and ECE (European Committee for Europe);
  
• rear lighting (rear and fog lights, turn indicator);
• license plate lighting;

• 2 plugged sockets and ABS/EBS sockets at the front.

Disk-type brakes:

• BPW Eco Plus Ø370 ET0 disk axles;
• double-wire air break lever in accordance with ECE requirements;
• ABS/EBS 4S2M antiskid system  (for two axles); 
• parking handbrakes.

Equipment:

• rear wheel mounting – 1 unit;
