Container carrier semitrailer

Suspension, axles, pneumatic system:

  • 3 BPW Eco Plus axles with the carrying capacity of 9000 kg per each axle;
  • air suspension;
  • AGS automatic brake levers;

Wheels

  • tires 385/55 R 22.5 – 6 units + 1 unit;
  • steel wheel disks, 10 holes.

Support columns:

Mechanical support maintenance-free columns with two speeds of removal – 2 units.
Coupling pin: 2’’ diameter JOST.

Frame Work:

Made of S355J heavy-duty construction steel.
Steel elements of the semi-trailer structure undergo cleaning before welding with shot welding machine. After welding and prior assembling the semi-trailer is cleaned and de-oiled; varnishing is performed in a drying plant using top quality PPG polyurethane varnishes.

Platform:

Inter-container connections – 6 pairs.

Wiring:

  • 24 V in accordance with road regulations and ECE (European Committee for Europe);
  • 2 jumper sockets and ABS sockets at the front;
  • rear lighting (rear and fog lights, turn indicator);
  • license plate lighting;
  • marker lights.

Block Brakes:

  • double-wire air break lever in accordance with ECE requirements;
  • ABS/EBS 4S2M antiskid system (for two axles);
  • parking handbrakes.

Equipment:

  • pin with two attachments;
  • detaching bumper;
  • spare wheel attachments – 1 unit;
  • plastic mudguard;
  • wheel wedges – 2 units;
  • plastic box with tools (wheel brace, triangle  – warning sign);
  • underloading guide rails in accordance with ECE requirements;
  • water tank for soap solution;
  • separating boards – 2 units;
  • leveling valve for sloping platform H-S. 

Warranty:

  • 12 months;
  • additional 24-month warranty period for welded elements of the semi-trailer frame work;
  • 24-month warranty for varnished cover;
  • BPW Eco Plus (for off-road vehicle) axles – 60 + 36 months without mileage limitation.
