Refrigerator semitrailer

Suspension, axles, pneumatic system:

  • 3 BPW Eco Plus axles with the carrying capacity of 9000 kg per each axle; 
  • air suspension; 
  • AGS automatic brake lever; 
  • pneumatic system. 

Wheels:

  • tires 385/65 R 22.5 – 6 units + 1 unit;
  • steel wheel disks, 10 holes.

Support columns:

  • mechanical support maintenance-free columns with two speeds of removal – 2 units.
  • coupling pin: 2’’ diameter JOST.

Frame Work:

Made of S355J heavy-duty construction steel.
Steel elements of the semi-trailer structure undergo cleaning before welding with shot welding machine. After welding and prior assembling the semi-trailer is cleaned and de-oiled; varnishing is performed in a drying plant using top quality PPG polyurethane varnishes.

Wiring:

24 V in accordance with road regulations and ECE (European Committee for Europe).

Disk-type brakes: 

  • BPW Eco Plus Ø370 ET0 disk axles; 
  • double-wire air break lever in accordance with ECE requirements; 
  • ABS/EBS 4S2M antiskid system (for two axles); 
  • parking handbrakes.

Equipment:

  • spare wheel attachments – 1 unit; 
  • recoil system - 2  units;  
  • plastic box with tools (wheel brace, triangle  – warning sign);
  • underloading guide rails in accordance with ECE requirements;
  • water tank for soap solution; 
  • separating boards – 2 units;  
  • leveling valve for sloping platform H-S.

Refrigerator Body

Performance Data / Equipment:

  • independent structure made of bonded steel sheet;  
  • sheets insulated with firm polyurethane foam; 
  • external:  polyester - multi-layered glass; 
  • internal:  galvanized steel sheet, covered with high-resistance to abrasive influences PVC;  
  • front wall is equipped for refrigerator mounting; 
  • insulated 120 mm thick floor is covered with antiskid polyester glass cover; 
  • rear part of the floor is reinforced with a thin textured aluminum layer;     
  • 100 mm thick double back doors (external protection cover made of polyester multi-layer glass) are equipped with external double locking bar at each part, and nickel-chrome steel fittings, door interlock in the open position, ladder, which is unnoticeable under the frame work; 
  • angular aluminum shapes are bonded to the frame work (floor angle - 300 mm high); 
  • 1 row of cross-beams for cargo fastening + 1 handle for a cross-beam, or 1 row of 250 mm protection strikers; 
  • internal lighting, the lamps are embedded in the ceiling; 
  • angular aluminum shapes are bonded uniformly to the frame work along the full length (from outside);  
  • frame work color is white RAL 9016, or other on request (and at additional charge);  
  • perimeter lights LED (light-emitting diodes);  
  • PZH type, which controls the frame work; 
  • overall heat transfer factor K< 0.4 W/m2 K .
