Frame

  • The frame structure is made of 18G2A steel grade.
  • Double support legs (mechanical) of JOST Company with carrying capacity of 24 t.
  • Turnover board of the semi-trailer with JOST 2-inch center pin.

Tank

  • Material: AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Three cells of the following volume: 1 cell -11,550 dm3; 2 cell - 8,500 dm3; 3 cell -9,950 dm3 .
  • Tank section: circular
  • Steel bearing elements of the tank are galvanized and RAL 5pv5 painted.
  • Complete insulation (100 mm thick).
  • The top of the outside insulation part is a polished sheet (“mirror finish”).
  • The front and back outside parts of the tank are made of white plastic.
  • Central drainage system with shutoff valves at each end, which prevent the liquid spill into the drainage line.
  • Three filling hatches of double structure (the outside hatch protects the inside hatch from dirt and dust).
  • Insulated main drain pipe DN80 with end valve DN80 DIN is terminated into the discharge box in the back part of the frame.
  • Two channels for steam heating.
  • End coupling DN25 for drain pipe line.
  • Reducing sleeves,  located in the discharge box of the back part of the frame:

  • Bottom valves DN80 under each cell, with manual operation through a lever, located to the right of the tank.
  • Anti-slip inspection platform at the top of the tank with the ladder (opened manually).
  • Drain pipe line DN80 of 5 m length with DN80 DIN couplings, located in the stainless steel container from the left side of the tank. 
  • Temperature adjustment system for the material transported in each cell using a thermometer, embedded from the outside part of the tank.

Suspension System 

  • 3 Daimler-Chrysler DCA axles with disk-type brakes and air suspension Daimler-Chrysler. 
  • CONTINENTAL tires 385/65/R 22.5 – 7 units.
  • Steel disks for 10 holes, overhang – 120 mm.
  • The first axle is lifting.

Brake System

  • EBS KNORR 4s/2m.
  • Automatic brake force regulator depending on the load, using an electronic sensor. 
  • Semi-automatic valve for front axle lift. 
  • Valve for lifting and lowering of the platform. 
  • Brake chambers are on the first axle, thermal energy storage device is on the second and third axles.
  • Standard function RSS (movement stabilization).
  • Automatic parking brake.

Hella Lighting

  • Two white clearance lamps at the front. 
  • Five orange clearance lamps at each side, installed in the frame. 
  • Two rear multi-function headlights. 
  • Two lamps for license plate lighting.
